Yes, yes ya’ll! I am heading back to Red Clay Yoga‘s West Coast Cousin-yoga studio, Greet Tree Yoga and Meditation on July 24th and bringing some uplifting vibes and I promise our soundtrack will be LIT.
This fun and up-tempo class is ideal for practitioners who have some experience with yoga. This class sticks to the basics but moves at a more rapid pace than the workshops I offer specifically to beginners.
