I am excited to offer an asana practice that combines vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga accompanied by a genre of music celebrating the diversity that exists across communities. In the first half, this up-tempo class encourages our bodies to use our breath and asana as a way to naturally invigorate our bodies. The second half is dedicated to yin and restorative practices that allow us to enjoy and absorb the benefits of our practice.
