I love my Mysore Practice Rug by Barefoot Yoga! The texture of it makes this mat perfect for yoga practices that produce a little more sweat than others. The first time I used my Mysore mat was in a Yin Yoga class with Octavia Raheem. The room was relatively warm/hot and although we were holding postures longer and not moving as quickly as I would in a Vinyasa class, I still worked up a sweat. My Mysore Practice Rug came in handy and prevented slippery hands and feet. The best thing about this mat (aside from the color), is that it gets better with age!
